Are the Pokémon packs opened?
All booster packs we include are 100% factory sealed and authentic.
We never open packs, everything comes straight from the source, sealed and untouched.

Japanese Edition: $55.99 USD — includes 1 scoop + 3 Japanese Pokémon packs. Extra packs: Simplified Chinese +$2.50 USD each; Japanese +$4.00 USD each.

The Video Add-On is available by request. If you would like your scoop or packing process recorded, please ask us about availability before ordering.

📦 Packaging
Items in the same order are normally packed together. If you need separate packaging for a gift or another reason, please email us before your order ships and we’ll do our best to help.
🚚 Processing & Shipping
Processing time:
- Processing time is 24-48 hours.
- Orders with a Video Add-On may require additional time for recording.

- One simple flat shipping rate: $9.99

- Estimated shipping time: 7–15 business days.
📫 Lost Packages / Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address and contact information before placing your order. If a package cannot be delivered because an address is incomplete or incorrect, additional shipping charges may apply.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, email us at momohobbyden@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
❌ Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final because of the collectible and mystery nature of our products. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If you need to request a cancellation before your order ships, email us as soon as possible. We may be able to help depending on the order status, but cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly with your order details and photos so we can review the issue. Applicable consumer-law rights still apply where required.
